Residents

For an academic lease (August 2010 to May 2011) the rates is $8,288 ($4,144 per semester per person).  This includes all utilities, continuous-occupancy housing (the building stays open during Winter and Spring Breaks), a full telecommunications package (includes high speed internet, basic phone and basic cable TV service).  It does NOT include meals or parking, however.

Rent can be paid in two installments, $4,144 each semester. Your Fall 2010 Rent ($3,844 because you paid a $300 Reservation fee) is due on or prior to August 21, 2010.  A BILL WILL NOT BE MAILED.  Prior to August 21st, payments can be mailed or delivered to the Management Office. Spring 2011 Rent Payments ($4,144) are due on or before January 29, 2011.  Please make checks payable to Millennium Hall.  We also accept cash, or you may make a VISA or M/C payment (with a 2.5% fee), or a bank draft online (no fee) at millenniumhall.com through the Resident Portal.  For questions, please call the Management Office at 443-275-4050.  If someone else is responsible for your rental payments, please make sure they are aware of the payment due dates (August 21,2010 and January 29, 2011) to avoid late fees.

The License is set up for semesterly payments. To pay monthly you would need to complete a Monthly Payment Plan Agreement. There is an additional $24/semester fee to pay monthly. Please send an email to info@millenniumhall.com  to request a Monthly Payment Plan Agreement .

Fall 2010 - Move-In for NEW STUDENTS TO TOWSON UNIVERSITY is Saturday, August 21st.

Fall 2010 - Move-In for RETURNING STUDENTS TO TOWSON UNIVERSITY is Sunday, August 22nd. 

Your Fall 2010 housing assignment (along with your apartmentmates' contact information and additional information about Move-In) will be emailed to you in early- to mid-August.  Please make sure to get your Towson OneCard from the University Union prior to Move-In so that we can activate your access to our building.  We are unable to approve early arrival requests.  Please plan accordingly.

WHAT TO BRING- CHECKLIST

Check-Out for Spring 2010 Residents is May 18th, 2010.

Please complete the Express Check-Out envelope upon checkout. Envelopes are available at the Main Office or at the Community Center Desk. Your RA should have envelopes as well. You will need to make sure you apartment is cleaned prior to leaving so that you and your roommates aren't assessed any cleaning charges. Please refer to the Checkout Checklist regarding preparing your apartment for checkout. You will need to put your keys and Millennium Hall Parking Permit (if applicable) in the Express Check-Out Envelope. You'll need to put your forwarding address on the front of the envelope (for Millennium Hall's records). In addition, you will need to fill out the "Moving? Let Us Know?" card for forwarding your mail. The "Moving?" card may be placed in the Outgoing Mailbox and will be forwarded to the University Post Office. The Express Envelope may be placed in the Mis-directed Mailbox so that staff can process your check out. We hope you enjoyed your stay at Millennium!!!
