Millennium Hall
Director, University Affiliated Housing: Jennifer Alvarez Hornbuckle is responsible for a full range of strategic and management tasks for the leasing, maintenance and personnel operations of Millennium Hall, Paca House and Tubman House. Prior to becoming the Director in August of 2011, Jennifer was the Assistant Director of Housing Operations at American University for two years and a Residence Life Coordinator at Towson University for three years. Jennifer has a bachelors degree in Psychology and Africana Studies and a masters degree in Educational Administration and Policy Studies, both from the University at Albany in New York.
Associate Director: Aymie Faust is responsible for all leasing and parking matters (including license management, rental payments, and delinquency / collections) and supervises Desk Assistants. Prior to joining the team in August of 2001, Aymie was an Office Manager at Meineke for 8 years. Aymie has a bachelors degree in Psychology.
Facilities Director: Chenal (Al) Alford is responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation and repair. Al supervises the Housekeeper (year-round) and Maintenance Assistants (during the Summer). Previously, Al was a Building Engineer for Provident Bank. Al opened Millennium Hall in the Fall of 2000 and has a breadth of wisdom, experience, and dedication that truly benefits our community and residents.
