HOW DOES MILLENNIUM HALL HANDLE PARKING?
Parking permits for spaces at Millennium Hall are reserved for Millennium Hall students only. Unfortunately, we do not have enough parking spaces for all of our Residents, so priority is given to our returning students.
New Residents who wish to be considered for one of the remaining available spaces will complete a Parking Interest survey during the summer to join the parking waitlist. In July, each Resident on the parking permit waiting list will their waitlist number based on the completion date/time of their survey submission. We will begin extending parking permit offers to new Residents for the remaining parking spaces in lottery number order (with number 1 receiving the first parking permit offer).
If you receive a parking permit offer, you must complete your parking application and remit payment for the full parking fee by the deadline listed in the parking offer email. Failure to complete your offer means you may not be able to receive a second one.
If you do not secure parking at Millennium Hall, please visit TU's Parking Services page for information about other on-campus parking options. TU Parking permits do not permit you to park in the Millennium Hall parking lot.

Any questions or service related issues would be handled by Apogee by contacting their toll free number 1-855-241-1590 or by going to their website www.myresnet.com. Wireless internet access is also available in the lounge areas of the building and in bedrooms.
CAN I USE MY FINANCIAL AID TO PAY MY RENT?
Financial Aid and loans can be used to pay for your housing at Millennium Hall. However, you must notify Financial Aid that Millennium Hall is on-campus housing, but privately owned and managed. You will need to contact the Financial Aid Office (410-704-4239) to find out what will be covered under your award package. If funds are there, we won’t expect your rental payment until you receive your rebate check, provided you submit the Millennium Hall Financial Aid Agreement (available under the Application / Forms tab of our website), documentation of your aid, and the anticipated date that the funds will be available. You must provide to Millennium Hall official documentation (copy of the award letter/printout of the Online Services award page) to confirm your award. Otherwise, you will be subject to a five percent (5%) late fee for not paying your rent on time. Please complete and submit the Financial Aid Agreement to Millennium Hall, not Towson University. Any Towson University-based expenses being covered by financial aid will be applied directly by the University. You will then be issued a rebate check for any remaining amount that you can use to pay for your rent. The Financial Aid Office doesn’t pay Millennium Hall directly.
What Are My Payment Options?
Semesterly (Default)
By default, the semester payment plan assumes that a student will be paying out of pocket until we have been informed otherwise. The semester plan divides the license fee in half for a payment due in the Fall and another due in the Spring.
The Fall 2025 license fee payment is $5,472 and is due on 8/24/2025
The Spring 2026 license fee payment is $5,472 and is due on 1/25/2026
Financial Aid
The financial aid payment plan utilizes any excess funds that remain after tuition and fees, and any other obligations to the university’s Bursar Office are paid to the university. Any excess funds will be issued as a refund to the student who will be responsible for using the issued refund to cover their housing costs with Millennium Hall.
Students who request a financial aid payment plan will have their license fee payment deferred until 9/20/2025 (Fall) and 2/21/2026 (Spring). This deferment does not apply to the $300 reservation fee that is required as part of the offer process.
Installments
The installment payment plan divides the total license fee into 10 payments, with the first payment being due on move-in. Beginning September 1st, all payments will be due on the 1st of the month.
The installment payment plan includes a $48/semester processing fee. This fee is evenly divided throughout the 10-month payments.
Evenly divided semester payments are intended to simplify the payment plan and do not provide for a full month’s use of the space during any month during the academic term.
